This is the time the kernel was built, nothing wrong here.

With the package list, I can duplicate that problem. This seems a pretty
serious breakage, probably due to some major dependency loops.

aptitude -f --with-recommends dist-upgrade
does not make things work better.

aptitude install -f aptitude try to remove twice more packages.
