Why not start by doing just what is mentionned in the above line ?

Clearly, the problem is that your system does not have a
/etc/nut/upsmon.conf file. Reading the upsmon.conf manpage
might help you writing a working one.

Apparently, you have installed the package 'nut' but never configured
it. Maybe nut does not provide a default configuration.
