mysql-dfsg has been build but is claimed not to be so since a week now?

Hello

Version 4.0.22-6 has been uploaded on 2004-12-05, been build on all 
11 architectures and is available since 2004-12-10 in
ftp.debian.org/pool/main/m/mysql-dfsg/.

Still bjorn.haxx.se/debian/testing.pl?package=mysql-dfsg says
    Why is package X not in testing yet?
      Checking mysql-dfsg
    * trying to update mysql-dfsg from 4.0.22-2 to 4.0.22-6 (candidate is 8 days old)
    * mysql-dfsg is not yet built on alpha: 4.0.22-2 vs 4.0.22-6
    * mysql-dfsg is not yet built on arm: 4.0.22-2 vs 4.0.22-6
    ...
and http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=ch&comaint=yes confirms that
this version is not yet in testing although "8 days old (needed 5 days)".

Can anybody give me a hint, what may be the problem?
