More 2.2.9 boot floppies info.

I have attempted about three installations with the 2.2.9 floppies
dated Mar 28. All have resulted in successful installations, however,
there are some problems.

     System #1 - AMD 223mhz processor with AHA2940W SCSI.
System boots and installs OK when using "linux gdth=disable:y" boot
command. Am still required to boot system using the same command until
new kernel is built with AHA7xxx SCSI driver. Problem -
Unable to create boot floppy. Repeatedly fails. Solution - Use rescue
command from installation floppy.

System #2 - Gateway 2000 with 133mhz Intel processor. Installtion
as advertised until attempting to create boot floppy. Again, multiple
boot floppy creation failures.

System #3 - Homebuilt system with AMD K6-2 400mhz processor and
Advansys wide SCSI adapter. Installation also as advertised. For the
third time, multiple boot floppy creation failures.

In all cases, I was able to reboot the base system from the
installation rescue floppy.
