Experiences with the 2.2.9 boot floppies

I tried again, using 2.2.9 boot floppies (compact version, files dated
March 28). The script gave the same error message, but this time I was
able to manually use insmod (which failed previously) and complete the
installation.

When asked if I wanted to create a boot floppy, I answered yes. The
formatting of this floppy completed successfully, but copying of the
kernel to the floppy failed.

Upon reboot, the ne2000 clone was again not recognized, but could be
installed manually with insmod.

Otherwise, it all worked quite satisfactorily.
