It is only my experience, but my setup continues to work. But, I specify
exact IPs, not ranges. Perhaps the notation has changed from the
abc.xyz.qwe.rty format to the /xy format ie, 255.255.255.0 == /24. But, this
is only wild speculation.

*BUT* -- I am running frozen. Unstable may have done something else
completely. You might want to check in with debian-user@lists.debian.org, or
check the archives on the webpage. I checked BTS for tcpd, it has one
resolved bug unrelated. <shrug>
