Hi Marcus,
   I'm glad to hear of this effort.  You should probably mention this to
<boot-floppies@packages.debian.org> to see if there is a way to keep the
two versions in sync/merge them.  The source is in:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/slink/main/source/admin/boot-floppies_2.1.0.tar.gz
