Hi there!

This means a total of 31.00 and 42.00 CHF, respectively. I am currently
offline, so I do not clearly remember if for the budget on the bid page
I used this adult price or rounded to 45.00 CHF.

Added to my local ToDo list, anyway when I confirmed the dates they were
in favor of collaborating as much as possible in the organization.

As far as I have understood (so *to be verified*), 'Le Camp' simply
needs to know if they should book the cook or not, everything else could
be postponed to the next year.

I think there was a misunderstanding about the self-service food: this
should be intended for in-between meals and nights. For those who were
at DebConf11, think at the take-way pizza shop were I went quite every
night at around 03:00 ;-)

For sure!

We should pay quite a lot of attention to food, at least to the served
food: I would say that in past DebConfs this has been the highest
remark, even more than beds. Having repetitive menus (even if on a
one-week cycle) is bad. Having similar menus on following days is bad
as well.

Thx, bye,
