I have prepared a draft bid today [1]. Please have a look.
Areas that still need help:
* Add a nice photos "gallery" to the location checklist for Vaumarcus
(my photos in the git repo and the photos from the website are nice
starting points)
* Copy the content from the main page that is still relevant to the page
for the backup venue plans
* Add text about our rough budget plans to the budget section
* fill out the "why switzerland" section from the main part and the
presentation at debconf11.
* finish the location checklist for vaumarcus. I got until "conference
facilities" with my review and additions to Lucas text.
* Fill out the "Possible problems and how we intend to solve them"
section.
The main topic for tomorrows meeting is the Bid draft. I'll try to come
up with a more detailed agend for the meeting tomorrow.
