Similar here.
I'll arrive 18:29 from Zurich, have no sleeping bag (but the folding
bike) with me and will bicycle directly from the main station to
Gaudenz' home.
Will travel back to Zurich with the train at 23:02, because that's the
last train where I can catch a tram back home from HB. (Probably won't
be happy if I would have to bicycle home up the hill in the night.
Otherwise the trains leaving Bern half an hour and one hour later will
be fine, too. :-)
