I can also recommend Init7. I have my ADSL line (no cablecom in my flat)
for more than a year and I never had major problems. And the best: The
first level support at Init7 is nearly inexistent. If you have a problem
you can directly call (or mail) one of their technicians and they also
call you back if it takes some time to fix the problem. And they are
really competent and helpful (no "are you sure that all cables are
connected..." questions).
