This is a bug of gcc.
This bug is already revised in upstream[0], but this patch is not
still taken in
with the package of  gcc-4.4(4.4.4-1).
A patch will be taken in with 4.4.4-2.

sh7785lcr and highlander use same cpu.
However, these are different in constitution.
For example, size of the memory is different.

And highlander/sh7785 is not produced very much.
Most users do not have this board and cannot obtain it.
Even if we enable this, the user will not be pleased very much, I think.
