The data shipped with the tzdata package includes a list of officially
announced leap seconds. The leap second list in the package currently
in bullseye and buster will expire at the end of June, making it
unusable.
This update includes a new version of the leap second list, extending
the expiry date and confirming that there will not be a leap second
in June.
