This update brings the data included in the package in line with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 148-1). Changes since 2018e (currently in stretch) include adjustments to the DST rules of Volgograd, Fiji and Chile. The changes for Volgograd take effect next weekend, with the other changes coming into effect in 2019.
