libdatetime-timezone-perl is a Perl library exposing the Olson timezone
database. This update brings the data included in the package in line
with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 141-1).
Upstream published version 2018e.
Changes since 2018d (previously in stretch-updates and jessie-updates)
include adjustments to the DST rules of North Korea, which took effect
today.
