Package: openssh-server
Version: 1:7.4p1-10
The server hangs when attempting to connect via Netsarang xshell 5 Client.
It's just a client issue, but it's a critical issue that causes the server to hang.
It did not occur with putty ssh client.
I have also passed on the same thing to Netsarang.
System Info:

VM on ESXi 6
