Hi,
Strangely, openssh-server-udeb of arm architecture depends zlib1g instead
of zlib1g-udeb. This breaks daily arm d-i builder.
Because other architectures seem OK, it may be specific problem of arm
buildd. 4.6p1-6 looks OK.
AFAIK this bug happened once ago also.

This is now done, closing this bug:
openssh (1:4.6p1-7+b1) unstable; urgency=low
* Binary-only non-maintainer upload for arm; no source changes.
* Rebuild against current zlib for correct udeb shlibs; closes: #454403
