Bug#171673: Debian bugs 15903, 171673, 214706 believed fixed upstream

Hi.
I'm cleaning up some OpenSSH (upstream) bugs in preparation for a release, and I'm checking if there are any Debian bugs that can be tagged fixed-upstream.

I believe these 3 bugs are now fixed in OpenSSH -current: pam_session is now called before permanently_set_uid. The upstream bug has been closed (believed fixed, but the reporter did not respond in 3 months).

As an aside to the Debian maintainers: there have been many PAM-related changes after 3.7.1p2 (hopefully these "changes" are actually "improvements" ;-), so it might be worth reviewing your outstanding PAM-related OpenSSH bugs.
