Bug#69601: Problem with old version of ssh.

I'm not overly inclined to document things like "ssh protocol
such-and-such fails with such-and-such a server" when we have absolutely
no idea of the problem and no means of verifying this for each new
version, sorry ...

Anyway, the title of this bug is now actually useful (!), so people with
this problem could search openssh's bugs page for it and find this
solution.
