That's definitely wrong: (a) a workaround doesn't appear to be known so
documenting it is hard, and (b) the incompatibility should just be fixed
rather than documented or worked around, since ssh has a
well-established mechanism for detecting and avoiding server bugs.
Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you or anyone else with access to this
server could retest with a current version of ssh. A fair bit of
compatibility work has been done upstream since the last message to this
bug.
