Linux 6.17 panic during boot

Hi,

I recently installed the 6.17.7+deb14 kernel from the Debian repo on my Ultra 10, with consistently unbootable results. It's the same for the +1 package (6.17.7-2). On some occasions, the kernel does boot, but the uhci driver complains about PCI bus issues and fails to initialize.

The Ultra 10 doesn't come with built-in USB, but I put a USB PCI card in it. Taking it out would just hide the problem, and that's not quite what I want...
6.16.12 didn't have the issue.
I'll see if I can bisect it.
