Oops, looks like I got distracted in the middle of the sentence.
I meant to say: If it's a simple problem, first try to fix it
yourself and if you can't fix it yourself, just ask on IRC
(#debian-sparc or #debian-mentors) for advise.
Again, it's difficult to give you a canonical answer to this
but I can just recommend to ask any time you need help. You
just shouldn't limit yourself to the debian-sparc mailing
list, especially when you have a more generic, non-SPARC
question.
