hi, I've created a own kernel with an included initrd from Debian (Squeeze) for my FAI network boot. But I get a kernel panic, after the kernel requested an IP from the dhcp server. Everything I installed (Squeeze) / build under a Sunfire v245. (Reason: OpenBoot has a limit at 9.5M for the netboot image) Also I created a NFS rescue system which is running also under the T2000, but this kernel image is monolith and doesn't have any an initrd. Successful boot from the v245 ============ [...] [ 81.551492] Sending DHCP and RARP requests .
