Debian on SPARC SunFire T1000 and firmware

Hi,

I've seen a discussion on installing Debian on SunFire T1000, as I bought recently an used SunFire T1000 to learn Solaris 10, I'm wondering where I could get instructions to install Debian on SPARC architecture as a learning opportunity.

Would anyone in this list have an appropriate SunFire T1000 firmware to share? I don't have an account in Oracle web site. The latest SunFire T1000 firmware (requiring an account) is located in http://www.oracleimg.com/technetwork/systems/patches/firmware/release-history-jsp-138416.html#T1000
