RAID-1 on Ultra-2

Hi,

I've set up a minimal debian system on a Sparc Ultra-2
with 2 x 36 GB hdd.

Trying to set up a RAID-1, I need to use sfdisk and
cfdisk commands, but I cannot find them.
Nor does apt-get.

How can I download and install these 2 programs?
