What do you mean with "run" ?

I first setup the controller with the four disks in an intel
computer. Later i moved controller+disks to the sunblade. Debian
automatically recognized the controller and the RAID5 as /dev/sdc.

The only thing i am missing, are some tools to manage the hdd
devices. Should one of the disks fail, then i won't know it :(

But i hope to find time soon to troubleshoot this further.
