Should work. Success appears to be a bit more mixed than with USB 1.1
cards but - should work.

Probably not, unless you buy one which is OpenBoot compatable - if they
exist, they will be *expensive*.

Depends, if you're performing... I've seen people use C-64's so it's
possible...
