At this point if you have network access, you can try to use the debian repository as an install source, and install the OS from the network.

If not, open a shell with alt-F2, and post here the content of
dmesg | grep sd
dmesg | grep hd
to see if the installer kernel has seen any ( or none ) of your hard drives / cdrom.
