I have put openoffice.org1.9.96_Linux_Sparc.tar.bz2 on openoffice.org mirrors under contrib/linuxsparc. This is built on a sunblade 100 but it also should run on v8 and v8plus. It would be helpful if anyone could report results running on those hardwares. The product can be unpacked into users home directory by non-root user. thanks jim
