This has as far as I understood the same effect as using the
"eeprom"-tool like I did:

Yeah, I just rebooted into the OBP and typed "printenv": the settings
of the eeprom-utility had been saved.
The problem must be somehow different, thanks anyways for donating your
time to my problems,
