RE: XFree not starting any more linux-2.4.28-SMP, U60 SMP
Dear listmembers,
fiddling around leaves me with no clue about the root cause for XFree to not start any more. Removing all unrequired modules does not help.
It is not due to a missing afbinit, I can hardly detect any change, the boot messages look highly similar. If there is anybody out there testing with 2.4.28 I would appreciate getting a commentary on this. For everybody else it seems wise to stay with 2.4.26; about 2.4.27 I have no knowledge.
