Need info: X11 config for sparcstation 20

Please help to config X11 on sparcstation 20. 
I think that I have 'standard' sparcstation 20 (not 100% sure).
Alas I have no specs for this hardware.

So I need:

1) Mice type
2) Graphic card spec
3) Display refresh rates
