CDE issue
Hi
all,
I have
an E420 server we initially setup using the ttya serial port as the master
console. After almost a year, we have decided to add a graphics card,
monitor and keyboard. Now when we bring the system up, the master console
functions are on the graphics interface but, we can't seem to get CDE to
run. It keeps giving us a message about the display settings. I have tried
about everything and still can't get it to run. Can anyone help?
Also, ultimately, we would like to have the master console running on the serial
interface and have CDE running on the graphics interface.
