Re: SS4 w Debian can't see 2nd nic (similar to SS20 dhcp)



ifconfig -a still only shows l0 and eth0.

dmesg shows that eth0 is the onboard (lance type), and its autodetected
Nothing comes up for the sbus (2nd) ethernet card.

Use "ifconfig -a". Also, check the output of dmesg. What kind of card is
it? You can also use prtconf to see if the OBP recognizes it.
