Install problem on sun4u (Ultra10)

Hello all,

I'm having a problem installing woody on an Ultra 10 with a Western Digital
40GB EIDE drive. I downloaded the ISO from
http://auric.debian.org/~bcollins/disks-sparc/current/netinst.iso

I've repartioned, relabled, repartioned again. When I try to "Install
Kernel and Driver Modules" I get the following error message.

"cannot create /proc/sys/kernel/modprobe: directory nonexistent"

No matter what I try after that, the install fails.

Any Ideas?
