It may be sparc specific, but I doubt it is a problem in the SPARC
platform. The old sudo works (which I assume also uses seteuid :). So
somewhere there is some bad logic. Hopefully the new sudo didn't allow
some sparc-must-mean-sunos patches to creep into the new version.
