Hello,
after checking the scsi and adaptec drivers I get following at boot:
SCSI subsystem driver Revision: 1.00
scsi0 : Adaptec AIC7XXX EISA/VLB/PCI SCSI HBA DRIVER, Rev 6.2.4
<Adaptec 2940 SCSI adapter>
aic7870: Single Channel A, SCSI Id=7, 16/253 SCBs
Vendor: FUJITSU Model: M2513A Rev: 1000
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 01
(scsi0:A:5): 5.000MB/s transfers (5.000MHz, offset 10)
Attached scsi removable disk sda at scsi0, channel 0, id 5, lun 0
SCSI device sda: 310352 2048-byte hdwr sectors (636 MB)
sda: Write Protect is off
sda: sda1 sda2 sda3
But 'mount -t ext2 /dev/sda1 /mnt/test' says:
mount -t ext2 /dev/sda1 /mnt/test
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
or too many mounted file systems
I made a 'fdisk' and created a sun disklabel with 's' but the parameter rotating
speed [5400] confused me a bit. How can I make a dos or vfat disklabel on it
again, because the machine can read dos formatted floppies.
Any further hints?
thanks alot and regards
