Netra T1 + Heppy Meal + Sun FastEthernet PCI

1. Is there any kernel module for:
Sun FastEthernet PCI
( on chip informations:
STP2003QFP

Y 0004 )

2. When I booting my Debian 2.2 on Netra T1 with onboard, twoport,
ethernet adapter it reports me:
sunhme.c:v1.10 27/Jan/99 David S. Miller (davem@caipfs.rutgers.edu)
eth0: HAPPY MEAL (PCI/CheerIO) 10/100BaseT Ethernet 08:00:20:c2:8b:ba 
eth1: HAPPY MEAL (PCI/CheerIO) 10/100BaseT Ethernet 08:00:20:c2:8b:ba 
happymeal(PCI): Some PCI device info missing

but works only eth1! For:
# ifconfig eth0
it say:
eth0: error fetching interface information: Device not found
Why?

3. When I plug off the Sun FastEthernet PCI card (there is only onboard
adapter) kernel report:
