NFS install problems: how to insert NFS module?

I'm running into a problem trying to install slink on an SS4. It doesn't
have a CD-ROM, so I'm trying to install via NFS from the CD on another
machine. I'm booting from the rescue disk, and inserting the root disk when
asked.

Once I configure the network I can ping the box, so the ethernet driver is
loaded. However, when selecting to install from NFS the NFS mount fails
with the message

> mount: RPC: Port mapper failure - RPC: unable to receive

lsmod shows no NFS module loaded.

>From section 5.6 of the installation manual:

> To install the base system via NFS, you'll have to go through the
> regular installation as explained in Using dbootstrap for Initial
> System Configuration, Chapter 7. Do not forget to insert the module
> (driver) for your ethernet card, and the file system module for NFS.

This documentation isn't specific enough for me -- how do I insert the NFS
module? Where is it located -- on the driver disk? I can't find any
documentation for the driver disk.

Thanks in advance.
