Hi everyone,

I've yet to see these happening on the SS5 here, but on my personal 
i386 machine with 2.2.17 it's happened twice. My guess is this
is prolly related to this kernel. (never happened with .14 or .15)

Try downgrading to .16 or going up to .18prex
