Mark, of course you can get info about your CPU by "cat /proc/cpuinfo".

Anyway, it seems you have SS4/SS5 with CPU speed <=110MHz, which is max
for microSPARCII. TurboSparc is present in SS5/170MHz only (all sun4m/sun4d
machines with cpu modules have either SuperSPARC or HyperSPARC, SPARCclassics
have microSPARC).  So the major difference between micro/turbo is cpu frequency.

You should be able to get more info at www.sparc.org or www.sun.com/sparc
