2.2.8-2000-03-09 vs. SPARCstation 1+

Hallo!

I try to install my old headless

SPARCstation 1+, No keyboard.                                                
ROM Rev. 1.3, 36 MB memory installed, Serial #7676201.

over the network (it can't boot from floppy) with
disks-sparc/2.2.8-2000-03-09/tftpboot.img

and i get this:

Booting from: le(0,0,0) 
2fbc00 TILO

Watchdog reset
Instruction Access Exception
ok (PROM-Prompt)

any hints?

BTW: the slink tftpboot.img produces the same.
