That means that your csh is linked an older libc (assuming you have the latest version of everything). The package needs to be recompiled for this message to go away. Generally, it doesn't seem to cause any problems though.

Another solution is to replace csh with tcsh (since tcsh is compiled with a recent enough libc and thus doens't complain).
