X compilation failure
This was from the second patch posted at the Purdue site.
I tried to watch as much of the compile as possible; however, it dragged
on for hours and so I couldn't keep an eye on all of it. I did notice
some errors when compiling twm -- complaining about problems with yy...
functions, but it scrolled by too fast to capture...
Anyway, at the end, I got these errors:
cp: debian/xtree/usr/X11R6/bin/Xnest: No such file or directory
cp: debian/xtree/usr/X11R6/bin/Xprt: No such file or directory
no utmp entry available, using value of LOGNAME ("jgoerzen") at
/usr/lib/dpkg/controllib.pl line 16.
dpkg-deb: building package `xslibg' in `../xslibg_3.3.2.2-1.1_sparc.deb'.
cp: debian/xtree/usr/X11R6/bin/Xvfb: No such file or directory
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1
I do have the bison package installed, BTW.
Any ideas?
