It's only used to compile kernels on Ultra sparc machines.  It is a
normal sparc32 executable and will run on any sparc machine.

I'm not sure what the priority should be.  egcs64 is necessary to
compile the kernel on a sparc64 machine, and useless extra baggage on
other machines.  I originally set the priority at standard because of
this, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to lower the priority.

What priority should it be?

(You also need a slightly different binutils, which I haven't uploaded
yet.)
