egcs64 & priority standard

Hello,

  the last time I updated my sparc system using dselect, it selected the
egcs64 package automatically because it is at standard priority.

However, I already have egcs (egcc/g++ 2.0.91.60-1) installed.
Is this new one will replace the old egcs package ?
Is it working even on old sparc workstations (before ultra ones) ?

BTW, I don't think it should be made priority=standard.  All other egcs stuff
is either at optional or extra priority.

Should I file a bug against egcs64 ?
