Don't, it won't work. Wait for the new glibc in a few days (Christian?) and
then the new kernel package which will be uploaded at the same time.

dpkg -i package.deb
is the one to use.

It is broken with new glibc's, since the stdc++ libraries don't work with
the new glibcs. It is easy enough to recompile, or a new package will
probably be uploaded soon.
