Definitly. setutxent has now only version 2.1 - that's one of the
changes Uli mentioned.
To be safe I'd advise to run the following test on your system:
ldd -r /bin/* /usr/bin/* /usr/sbin/* /sbin/*
And grep the output for missing symbols.
This way you notice which files need to be relinked.
