I think it's time to move our stuff to master.debian.org.  I'll contact Bdale
Garbee as soon as possible to ask him how it can be done.

Maybe you can compile vim :-)  I love it but don't have time to spend on it :-((
Other good candidates are gdb and strace to help in test of programs.
As pointed out by Tom Dyas, get up-to-date source from
ftp://ftp.nuclecu.unam.mx/linux/Sparc-miguel/strace-3.1-6* and try to merge
changes to the Debian source tree ; it's a redhat src package but you can
extract it by "rpm2cpio package | cpio -vid" command (download rpm2cpio from
.../tools-sparc directory).
