我觉得 Linux kernel 到底该不该加入这些中文化的 patch 有很大的
争议, 最直接的问题就是这些 patch 的品质如何, 例如, 它只是纯粹
为 big5 和 gb 做 patch 而已, 还是说有留下很弹性机制的可以用来
做其他 charset 的转换?
